Staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was rather good, had enough vegan options too! The hotel was in a nice location for me, close to the main areas in the center but also right on the main avenue so traveling with taxis etc was easy.

Great breakfasts, the staff was kind and helpful with any single request we had wonderful!👍🏻😎 Great thanks to Franco in front desk, he made our check in very easy ( it was almost 4am in the morning) he gave us a kind and warm welcome to Buenos Aires. About the restaurant we can not forget Meli-Jose- Mari great people they made my last day in Argentina unforgettable singing me a happy birthday ! Muchas gracias ❤️🇦🇷 we hope to come back to Buenos Aires in the future and course to NH 9 de Julio.

Location is excellent. Subways very close. City centre very walkable. Wifi is excellent. Breakfast is really good. Staff is really good. On site restaurant has good bar food options and good full meal. There are great restaurants nearby. There are several 25hrs minimarkets nearby for anything you might need. Space in the room was excellent (but read the comment below!!)

It’s the perfect combination of staff that crear a magic about this hotel - it’s people are it’s incredible five star staff. from the smartest Ezekiel Junior to friendly experienced Jasmin -this hotel manages to have the best front office anywhere in the world. You also have incredible Erica And new Leonardo, Jose and other to provide incredible restaurant experience.

The hotel is located in a hundred meters from the Obelisk from where one can reach on foot plenty of tourist attractions and major institutions. The staff was very helpful and spoke decent English, which is a rarity in Argentina.

The hotel is well located for the theatre district and a short walk from the central square. The room was good with a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities and fridge.

Gonzalo made our stay very comfortable and special. He made many suggestions of things to do and took care of every detail going above and beyond. What amazing service. The location is ideal, close to super close to Obelisk. The drinks, food and breakfast were quite nice. The room was lovely and had all the amenities we needed.
